Rosh Chodesh Shevat

January 14

Shevat (Hebrew: שְׁבָט) is the fifth month of the civil year and the eleventh month of the ecclesiastical year on the Hebrew calendar. Shevat usually occurs in January–February on the Gregorian calendar. The Akkadian origin of the month refers to the heavy rains of the season. The first mention of this month by its name in the Bible is in the first chapter of Zechariah.
